Terms and Conditions Policy for Lydia Beauty Salon & Supplies Inc.

Welcome to Lydia Beauty Salon & Supplies! By accessing our services, purchasing products, or using our website, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully before proceeding. 

1. Scope of Services 

Lydia Beauty Salon & Supplies offers professional hair care services, including haircuts, styling, coloring, and treatments, as well as the sale of hair care products and supplies. All services are provided by trained professionals, and product sales are subject to availability. 

2. Appointments and Cancellations 

  • Appointments: Appointments can be made online, by phone, or in person. A confirmation may be required to secure your booking.  
  • Cancellations: We require at least 48 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Failure to provide adequate notice may result in a cancellation fee of the deposit initially made. 
  • Late Arrivals: If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be rescheduled or shortened to accommodate other clients. 

3. Payment Terms 

  • All services and products must be paid for at the time of purchase. 
  • We accept cash, credit/debit cards, and approved digital payment methods. 
  • Prices are subject to change without notice. Taxes will be applied as required by law. 

4. Refunds and Returns 

  • Services: If you are unsatisfied with a service, please notify us within 48 hours. We will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a complimentary adjustment. Refunds are issued at our discretion. 
  • Products: Unopened and unused products may be returned within 7 days of purchase with a valid receipt. Refunds or exchanges will be issued at our discretion. Opened or used products are not eligible for return unless defective. 

5. Liability 

  • Lydia Beauty Salon & Supplies is not liable for any adverse reactions or damages resulting from services or products, including allergic reactions or unsatisfactory results. Clients are encouraged to disclose allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions prior to services. 
  • We are not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings on our premises. 

6. Website Use 

  • Our website is for informational and transactional purposes only. By using the site, you agree not to misuse any content, attempt to gain unauthorized access, engage in fraudulent or any activity that disrupts the site’s functionality. 
  • Product descriptions and images are for reference only. We strive for accuracy but do not guarantee that all information is error-free. 

7. Privacy Policy 

Your privacy is important to us. Personal information collected during appointments, purchases, or website use will be handled in accordance with our Privacy Policy, which complies with Canadian privacy laws (e.g., PIPEDA). 

8. Code of Conduct 

We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone who displays disrespectful, abusive, or inappropriate behavior toward our staff or other clients. 

9. Changes to Terms and Conditions 

We may update these terms and conditions at any time. Changes will be posted on our website, and your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. 

10. Governing Law 

These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of Ontario, Canada. Any disputes will be resolved in accordance with these laws.

No Refund and Cancellation Policy for Lydiors Products
Effective Date: [10/01/2024] 

Thank you for choosing Lydiors, a premium brand formulated by Lydia, CEO of Lydia Beauty Salon & Supplies. To ensure clarity and transparency, we have established the following No Refund and Cancellation Policy for all Lydiors products. By purchasing Lydiors products, you agree to the terms outlined below. 

1. No Refunds Policy 

All sales of Lydiors products are final. Due to the nature of our products, which include cosmetics, hair care, and skincare items, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for any reason, including but not limited to: 

Change of mind or dissatisfaction with the product. 

Allergic reactions or sensitivities (customers are encouraged to review ingredient lists and perform patch tests before use). 

Incorrect product selection or ordering errors made by the customer. 

Defective Products: In the rare event that a product is defective or damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may require photographic evidence and/or the return of the product for inspection. If the issue is verified, we will replace the product at no additional cost. 

2. Cancellation Policy 

Order Cancellations: Once an order for Lydiors products has been placed, it cannot be canceled or modified. Please review your order carefully before completing your purchase. 

Subscription Cancellations: If you have subscribed to a recurring delivery of Lydiors products, you may cancel your subscription at any time by contacting us at lydiabeautysalon76@gmail.com 6137-741-5588. Cancellations must be made at least 7 days before the next billing cycle to avoid being charged for the upcoming shipment. 

3. Returns and Exchanges 

Lydiors does not accept returns or exchanges for any products, except in cases of verified defects or damages as outlined above. 

Unopened and unused products will not be accepted for return or exchange unless they are part of a verified defect claim. 

4. Customer Responsibility 

Customers are responsible for ensuring that they have selected the correct products and reviewed all product descriptions, ingredients, and usage instructions before purchasing. 

Lydiors is not liable for any adverse reactions or results caused by the use of our products. Customers with known allergies or sensitivities should perform a patch test before full use.
